Rutsen is an internationally-acclaimed, award winning photographer. He is a graduate of the Collegiate School and Virginia Commonwealth University, with a degree in Photography. Rutsen is the owner of RutsenEagle.com, formerly known as Eagle Eye Photography, and has been a successful business owner for over twelve years. He was voted "Richmond's Best," by Richmond Magazine readers and has recently been noticed by WeddingWire and Borrowed&Blue for his Magazine-quality imagery.
